You will receive a link to schedule your consultation after purchased. Please allow our team 1-2 business days to send you the link with an updated calendar availability. Please note that Consultations are up to 30 minutes, you will not be refunded for any time not used.

Prior to your consultation:

• Please review the website to see your options for your items.
• If an item is not listed on the site, it is not available as an option. We will use the website offerings to help guide you in your planning process to book your order.
• Set a budget for the amount you would like to spend

During your consultation:

• Communicate your proposed budget for your items. This will be helpful for us to know while we plan. Please note that prices are listed on the site. These prices will not be reduced based on your budget. 
• We will review options and proposed suggested colors or add ons.
• Client will be responsible for filling in slots to ensure information and spelling is correct.
• You will use your gift card to apply to your order once you are ready to purchase your items. You will be responsible for any additional charges for your order outside of the deposit payment.

Once purchased, we are not able to refund any deposits. We are not able to refund any amount that is not used. All sales are final.
