Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued and are based on current material, labor, and industry costs. After 14 days, pricing may be adjusted by the Business. 

Group pricing is based on the confirmed group size and pricing tier. If the group count decreases or increases, pricing will be updated accordingly. 

Orders with event dates less than 60 days away may be subject to rush fees or updated pricing. 

Refund and Exchange

DESIGN FEES: If the Customer cancels the order after the design process has begun, design fees (mockup and artwork fees) are non-refundable. The design fees can not be transferrable to another project due to the time and labor of the graphic designer of the original project. 

PAYMENTS: If the Customer chooses to cancel the order after payment is submitted, the customer will be subjected to a cancellation policy which will be enforced to cover any time, labor, or material towards the project. 

If the Customer chooses to cancel the order after production has begun, all payments including design fees, deposit and final payments are non-refundable.

Goods Acceptance Policy

The Customer has 5 days from delivery to report any defects. Claims must be submitted through the customer portal or emailed to info@shopmytm.com
