Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will oversee and grow the brand presence for both the Graduation and Greek sides of the business. This role focuses on content planning, execution, engagement, and campaign creation across platforms.
Accounts Managed
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage weekly social media content calendars for both pages

Create and execute campaigns around:

Significant dates such as graduation dates, decision day, founders day, homecoming, HBCU classics, and etc.

Product launches
-
Seasonal moments
-
Edit and publish reels, short-form videos, and other social content
-
Respond to comments, DMs, and inbox messages across platforms

Manage and grow presence on:

TikTok
-
Instagram
-
Facebook
-
Develop and send bi-weekly email newsletters to subscribers

Track performance and engagement trends to refine content strategy

Support and attend vendor events for live content and brand coverage
Qualifications & Skills

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends

Experience editing short-form video content

Excellent written communication and brand voice consistency

Creative thinker with campaign-building experience

Familiarity with Greek life and/or graduation culture is strongly preferred

Prior social media or content management experience required
