Role Overview
The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day backend of the business, with a focus on school and Greek-life clients. This role acts as a right-hand assistant to the owner, helping ensure orders, communication, timelines, and inventory run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and guide them through the ordering process

Monitor and respond to emails and website chat inboxes in a timely, professional manner

Assign tasks to appropriate projects and help manage internal workflows

Create, update, and manage project timelines for school and Greek orders

Assist the owner with ready-to-ship and custom orders, including:

Order processing

Packaging coordination
-
Shipping preparation
-
Assist with inventory tracking, counts, and organization

Help prepare for and support vendor events (logistics, packing, follow-up)
Qualifications & Skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent written communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

Self-starter who can work independently and problem-solve

Familiarity with Greek life and/or school organizations is a plus

Experience with project management tools, email platforms, or e-commerce systems is a plus
